“The Pub” located oceanfront in Matunuck, Rhode Island, offers a cozy indoor Irish Pub, open air mid deck, and third story-rooftop-deck with a 360-degree view of the Village of Matunuck and Atlantic Ocean. Rumored to be a Speakeasy during Prohibition and private owned since; the rooftop deck at The Pub offers stunning views of Matunuck and Oceanside Sunsets-which makes it the perfect place to host your event. For private parties 50 persons and under: allow The Pub to take the hassle out of party planning. Pricing does not include sales tax, room charge, and 18% service charge. The rooftop deck is not handicap accessible and is the primary function space. Full property buyouts are possible. Room charges are variable and determined by season, time of day, and expected level of business. Room charge is nonrefundable and is used as a deposit. Event dates are finalized and reserved once a deposit is collected. Guest counts are considered guaranteed and are due 7 days before the event date. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date. Bar tabs and liquor purchases are considered a separate entity to food purchases and are still subject to sales tax and 18% service charge. The Pub reserves the right to make exceptions to these stipulations when seen fit.
